Abstract: The present invention relates to an Internet of Things (IoT)-enabled machine learning-driven Digital Twin system, apparatus, and method for predictive monitoring and intelligent optimization of traditional handloom weaving. The invention comprises a plurality of sensing devices configured to acquire operational and environmental parameters of a handloom, a processing unit configured to preprocess the acquired data, a communication module configured to transmit the processed data to an Internet of Things platform, a Digital Twin engine configured to generate and continuously synchronize a virtual representation of the physical handloom, a machine learning analytics engine configured to predict weaving defects, detect operational anomalies, classify machine faults, estimate maintenance requirements, and evaluate fabric quality, a visualization module configured to provide real-time monitoring and decision support, and a sandbox optimization module configured to simulate alternative weaving conditions and determine optimized operating parameters before deployment to the physical handloom. The invention enables continuous monitoring, predictive maintenance, intelligent decision support, improved fabric quality, enhanced operational efficiency, and reduced downtime in traditional handloom weaving.
