Abstract: The present invention relates to a system (100) and method (400) for detection and controlled neutralization of unmanned aerial vehicles, including coordinated UAV swarms (140). System (100) comprises one or more input modules (101, 102, 103) for receiving detection data, contextual intelligence, and operational policy parameters, a central processing module (110) for performing data fusion and generating a situational assessment, and a mission management module (120) for determining an engagement strategy. Deployment layer (130) includes multiple infiltrating aerial units (131, 132, 133) configured to physically infiltrate a hostile UAV formation (140) by adapting motion parameters to match swarm behavior. Each infiltrating aerial unit comprises modular payload bay (500) configured to selectively operate non-destructive influence modules (510), including formation-disruption modules (511), guidance-alteration tools (512), entanglement mechanisms (513). Neutralization is executed from within the UAV formation based on proximity-derived internal swarm data, without reliance on radio-frequency jamming, navigation disruption, or kinetic interception.
