Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and method for machine learning-based phytochemical profiling and predictive plant metabolite analysis. The system integrates analytical data obtained from plant metabolomic techniques such as chromatography and spectroscopy with machine learning algorithms capable of identifying and predicting phytochemical compounds. The system includes modules for plant data acquisition, chemical feature extraction, machine learning prediction, metabolite classification, and database management. By analyzing chemical signatures derived from plant samples, the system generates automated phytochemical profiles and predicts potential metabolites that may not yet be experimentally identified. The invention provides an efficient computational platform for plant metabolomics research, drug discovery, natural product chemistry, and agricultural biotechnology applications.
