The eight layers comprise: monitoring signals, business workflow process view, technical data flow with failure path visualisation, application health, technical architecture with failure overlay, infrastructure health, user and financial impact, and action recommendations with vector similarity runbook matching. A causal linking mechanism automatically updates all layers simultaneously upon selection of any component without additional user input. An inline tool access panel provides context-aware access to external tools within the same browser session. The system reduces mean time to resolution by eliminating tool-switching overhead.
