MUMBAI, India, June 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641060485 A) filed by Vijay Anand Vincent on May 12, 2026, for System And Method For Multi-Layer Incident Intelligence Aggregation With Causal Linking.

Inventor includes Vijay Anand Vincent.

The application for the patent was published on June 19, 2026, under issue no. 25/2026.

Abstract: A computer-implemented system and method for unified incident intelligence aggregation comprising read-only connectors to heterogeneous IT operations tools, a normalisation engine producing a canonical data model, an incident detection module, and an incident assembly pipeline that automatically constructs an eight-layer causally-linked incident dashboard within 30 seconds of incident detection. The eight layers comprise: monitoring signals, business workflow process view, technical data flow with failure path visualisation, application health, technical architecture with failure overlay, infrastructure health, user and financial impact, and action recommendations with vector similarity runbook matching. A causal linking mechanism automatically updates all layers simultaneously upon selection of any component without additional user input. An inline tool access panel provides context-aware access to external tools within the same browser session. The system reduces mean time to resolution by eliminating tool-switching overhead.
