A hierarchical temporal scheduling engine resolves pilgrimage site availability using festival overrides, seasonal schedules, default schedules, and ritual closure periods including Bhog intervals. A multilingual retrieval subsystem delivers deterministic responses in multiple regional languages without runtime translation services. The system further incorporates cryptographic webhook validation for secure message authentication and operates entirely on edge hardware without cloud-based conversational processing dependency, thereby enabling low-latency, low-cost, and infrastructure-independent pilgrimage assistance in resource- constrained environments.
