Inventors include Johnson Kolluri; and Godishala Kruthik Roshan.
The application for the patent was published on June 12, 2026, under issue no. 24/2026.
Abstract: SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MULTIMODAL OBJECT DETECTION WITH CONTEXTUAL INTERPRETATION ABSTRACT A multimodal object detection with contextual interpretation system (100) is disclosed. The system (100) comprising an input interface (102) to receive sports image data, a visual analysis unit (104) to extract visual features, an object detection unit (106) to perform object identification and localization, a caption generation unit (108) to generate contextual textual descriptors, a multimodal fusion unit (110) to perform semantic alignment, a contextual interpretation unit (112) to determine semantic relationships. The system (100) is configured to receive the sports image data and pre-process the sports image data for analysis, control the visual analysis unit (104) to extract the visual features, execute the object detection unit (106) to process the visual features, execute the caption generation unit (108) to generate the contextual textual descriptors, execute the multimodal fusion unit (110) to perform the semantic alignment, and transmit the sports scene interpretation data to an output unit (116).
