Abstract: The present invention relates to a hardware-implemented Coordinated Biological Axis Processing System (100) for processing heterogeneous multi-omics biological datasets. The system receives, validates and aligns subject-level biological records, generates modality-specific biological feature representations, constructs weighted biological interaction structures, and produces integrated coordinated biological representations. A Coordinated Biological Axis Construction Engine (123), operating together with a Clinical Supervision Engine (124), generates latent Coordinated Biological Axes (CBAs). A Persistent Axis Identity Manager (125) assigns persistent computational identity to each CBA and stores it together with trajectory, drift and adaptive version lineage records in an Axis Registry within a Persistent Model Registry (135). Subsequently acquired biological representations are continuitymatched to previously registered CBAs, composite drift is determined, and adaptive refinement is performed as a version-controlled update while retaining the originally assigned AxisID. The system establishes a continuity-preserving closed-loop adaptive biological coordinate lifecycle that maintains semantic and temporal continuity across repeated biological acquisition cycles and generates clinically actionable predictive outputs with axis-level biological insights.
