Abstract: Embodiments herein provide a non-invasive cloud-based intelligent bread freshness detection system (100). The system (100) includes a piezoelectric vibration sensor (102) configured to capture mechanical vibration responses from a bread sample surface to detect texture changes indicative of firmness and staleness. The system (100) includes an environmental sensor (104) configured to measure ambient temperature and humidity affecting moisture retention and microbial activity. The system (100) includes a control unit (106) communicatively coupled to the sensors (102, 104), configured to acquire vibration and environmental data at predetermined intervals. The control unit (106) correlates vibration amplitude with bread firmness to determine textural degradation and trains a machine learning model to classify the bread sample into fresh, stale, or spoiled categories.
