In this regard, we have developed a mould which applies machine learning techniques to fully automate the process, thereby optimizing scale and efficiency. Specifically, our system analyses scope of work summaries, extracts essential phrases, and utilizes modern algorithms for automatic salary prediction. The critical claim is that the proposed system aids job seekers to make better compensation informed decisions enabling them to capitalize on emerging opportunities while offering intelligent insights regarding the marketplace's prevailing compensation policies. The model also automatically builds multi-departmental job frameworks of positions delineating promotional steps with associated competences for every position.
