An adaptive clinical data harmonization module standardizes the incoming information and a dynamic physiological state graph models the constantly evolving relationships between biomarkers, organs, treatments, lifestyle factors and environmental influences. A temporal biomarker stability engine quantifies fluctuation patterns and deterioration trends, an adaptive clinical evidence fusion engine integrates healthcare evidence based on dynamically assigned reliability scores. The system also measures the speed of disease evolution, simulates personalized disease progression trajectories, predicts treatment responsiveness, validates the reliability of predictions through physiological consistency analysis, and generates explainable disease progression assessments with adaptive preventive intervention recommendations .
