MUMBAI, India, Nov. 2 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202541105962 A) filed by K Sunitha on November 02, 2025, for System And Method For Privacy-Preserving Clinical Intelligence Integration From Emergency Specialties Into Primary Care Via Federated Agent-Based Ai.

Inventor includes K Sunitha.

The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.

Abstract: System and Method for Privacy-Preserving Clinical Intelligence Integration from Emergency Specialties into Primary Care via Federated Agent-Based AI. A healthcare AI system comprises a documentation agent capturing a clinical encounter only through physician-initiated summarization, without passive audio recording. A de- identification engine removes patient and physician identifiers. A client-side Local Sphere at each point of care fuses the de-identified record with other data modalities into a local graph and trains a model exclusively on-device. A cryptographic privacy layer produces encrypted model updates excluding raw data, which a federated orchestrator aggregates into a global model. Each Local Sphere applies bias correction and generates explainable insights, tagged by originating clinical setting and delivered to a different setting, such as emergency-to-primary-care, so experience from any point of care supports decisions at any other, without raw data leaving its Local Sphere.
