MUMBAI, India, Nov. 2 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611095440 A) filed by Raja Ratandeep; and Swali Vishal on August 06, 2026, for System And Method For Processing A Language Model Response.

Inventor includes Raja Ratandeep.

The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.

Abstract: An automated system (100) and method (200) process a single streamed response (160) generated by a language model (146). A prompt includes predefined response- format instructions requiring generation, in a single model invocation, of unstructured data (116) followed by associated metadata (118) preceded by a predefined indicator (120). Successive portions (158) are accumulated by a response accumulation module (154) in an in-memory accumulator (156). After completion, a stream monitoring module (122) locates a final occurrence of the predefined indicator (120), and an extraction module (128) extracts and parses a trailing data object as the metadata (118) while retaining a preceding portion as the unstructured data (116). The metadata (118) is validated and stored separately. In an optional client-side implementation, a candidate metadata portion (164) is suppressed in a client-side buffer (166) while incomplete.
