Abstract: Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are directed towards system and method for project-based performance review and appraisal. The system includes a first computing device configured to enable configuration of key performance indicators, review templates, performance parameters, user assignments, and review cycles. A server receives configured information, retrieves project-related data from external project data sources, correlates the retrieved data with configured review criteria, and automatically generates project-based performance review information. A second computing device enables users to review the generated information and submit achievements, roadblocks, timeline updates, work effort, completion progress, self-appraisal, documentation, and goal-related inputs. A third computing device enables evaluators to assess performance, assign ratings, provide feedback, and finalize performance appraisals. The server processes finalized appraisals with project review information to generate performance analytics and reports, stores the generated outputs in a database, and provides organizational access for performance monitoring, appraisal management, decision-making, and continuous workforce performance improvement.
