The controller is configured to identify a physical activity modality based on the captured motion data and the physiological data, derive at least one exercise parameter and at least one physiological parameter based on the physical activity modality, analyze the at least one exercise parameter and at least one physiological parameter based on a set of weights associated with the identified physical activity modality and one or more modality-specific thresholds associated with the identified physical activity modality, and generate real-time coaching feedback for the user based on the analysis.
