MUMBAI, India, July 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202521121047 A) filed by Vertoz Limited on December 03, 2025, for System And Method For Real-Time Electronic Request Processing In A Networked Computing Environment.

Inventors include Hirenkumar Rasiklal Shah; Ashish Rasiklal Shah; and Satyaprakash Gulabchand Mishra.

The application for the patent was published on July 10, 2026, under issue no. 28/2026.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for dynamically controlling bid floor parameters in electronic auction-based resource allocation environments. Upon receipt of a real-time request associated with a digital inventory unit, a control engine retrieves historical transaction data aggregated over one or more configurable time windows and determines multiple control parameter values, including a static floor value, a dynamically computed average value, and a zero-value parameter. A plurality of outbound electronic requests embedding the different control parameter values are generated and transmitted in parallel to one or more external platforms. Response data received for the plurality of requests are internally evaluated, and a highest-value response is selected for participation in a subsequent auction process. The system adaptively selects aggregation windows and control parameters based on contextual attributes to improve allocation efficiency, maximize yield, and reduce rejection rates under high-frequency transaction conditions.
