MUMBAI, India, Oct. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202614104287 A) filed by Damini Rijhwani on August 29, 2026, for System And Method For Registration And Rendering Of Anatomical Reference Zones On Facial Photographs With Closed-Loop Refinement.

Inventor includes Damini Rijhwani.

The application for the patent was published on October 09, 2026, under issue no. 41/2026.

Abstract: An anatomical reference zone template, derived from a population variability dataset, is registered to a two-dimensional photograph of a human face by computing a non-rigid spatial transformation, in one embodiment a thin-plate spline, from at least 68 detected facial landmarks. Registered zones render with per-zone empirical confidence bands as a layered overlay in which the photograph is never re-rasterized, within a bounded interactive latency. A touch-input user-marked coordinate yields a signed distance compared against the band width, driving a three-state graded indicator and version-bound acknowledgment records. An immutable overlay snapshot, including a frozen copy of the transformation, is persisted; a later outcome event record referencing the snapshot is back-projected through the frozen inverse, updating conjugate natural parameters of a per-zone Bayesian posterior. Independently operated systems exchange only noised natural parameters under a differential privacy budget, optionally with secure aggregation, and subsequent overlays are re-parameterized from the updated posterior.
