The processor (104) is configured to execute a plurality of modules (108) for verifying runtime execution behavior of the autonomous artificial intelligence agent (136) and controlling access of the autonomous artificial intelligence agent (136) to the at least one external computing resource (138). The proposed system (100) is capable of quantifying deviation of live execution behavior from an agent-specific baseline behavioral fingerprint across successive execution sessions. The proposed system (100) is further capable of processing a genome-similarity signal, a provenance-integrity signal, and a runtime-risk signal to generate a behavioral trust state for controlling execution permissions.
