Abstract: The invention relates to a computer-implemented runtime constitutional intelligence infrastructure for adaptive human-state computing. The system receives multi- source human, contextual, temporal, application, device, and interaction signals and converts them into runtime human-state vectors and constitutional state graph entries. An adaptive AI orchestration engine dynamically selects retrieval, reasoning, prediction, interface, and intervention pathways. A runtime retrieval and reasoning engine generates state-derived retrieval envelopes for compatibility-based retrieval from intelligence spaces. A temporal intelligence engine predicts state transitions, while an autonomous intervention engine generates controlled computational actions. The infrastructure exposes API-based runtime services, supports distributed edge- cloud and multi-tenant enterprise execution, enables XR-based interaction, and validates selected operations using consent, cybersecurity, compliance, and blockchain- supported audit mechanisms. The invention improves scalable intelligence execution, runtime adaptability, retrieval efficiency, privacy enforcement, and tamper- evident traceability.
