The system (106) determines one or more usage patterns associated with the one or more applications and one or more vehicle data associated with the vehicle (102). The system (106) generates an optimal schedule that prioritizes processing of the one or more data packages within a predetermined period based on the one or more usage patterns and the one or more vehicle data. The system (106) dynamically configures a period associated with execution of the optimal schedule within the predetermined period. The system (106) predict via an artificial intelligence (AI) engine, an optimal time associated with the prioritized processing of the one or more data packages based on the period.
