Abstract: ABSTRACT System and Method for Secure AI-Driven Intellectual Property Commercialization and Collaborative Innovation Management A computer-based system and methodology that provide for secure intellectual property-based commercialization and adaptive management of innovation collaboration are described herein. The inventive system includes a commercially intelligent management module comprising a processor, memory, transceiver, data acquisition module, AI and machine learning (AI/ML) module, and secure workflow orchestration module operable to manage the commercialization and innovation collaboration activities relating to intellectual property assets. The innovative system receives datasets related to ideas, history of contributions, contract events, commercialization parameters, and data related to organizational interactions from participant organizations in the inventive multi-tenant innovation ecosystem. Using such datasets received from the participants, the AI/ML module processes the datasets to produce analytics related to commercialization, valuation, matching investors, assessing contribution authenticity, classifying collaboration risk, managing trust governance in an adaptive manner, and prediction of innovation performance.
