Abstract: A system 100 for semantic drift compensation in long-horizon sequence modeling networks is disclosed. The system includes a sequence acquisition module (102) configured to receive sequential input data. The system includes a preprocessing and contextual normalization module (104) configured to generate normalized sequence representations from the sequential input data. The system includes a semantic representation generation engine (106) configured to generate hierarchical semantic representations corresponding to the normalized sequence representations. The system includes a hierarchical contextual memory (108) configured to store contextual reference representations associated with the hierarchical semantic representations. The system includes a semantic drift estimation engine (110) configured to determine semantic drift indicators by comparing the hierarchical semantic representations with the contextual reference representations. The system includes a semantic compensation engine (112) configured to generate one or more semantic compensation representations based on the semantic drift indicators for refining the hierarchical semantic representations.
