Abstract: SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR STRUCTURED TROUBLESHOOTING OF DIESEL AFTERTREATMENT FAILURES ABSTRACT A system (100) and method (400) for structured troubleshooting of diesel aftertreatment failure is disclosed. The system (100) includes a sensor module (110) configured to measure a plurality of sensor parameters comprising NOx levels, urea quality, system pressure, and conversion efficiency. The system (100) includes a processing module (120) configured to analyze the plurality of sensor parameters and apply predefined diagnostic rules. The processing module (120) also configured to generate diagnostic results by comparing a plurality of analyzed sensor parameters with pre-stored historical efficiency data and diagnostic results. The system (100) includes a user interface (130) configured to transmit diagnostic results to a vehicle control system or external service tool. The user interface (130) is also configured to display failure causes and recommended corrective actions. FIG. 1
