Abstract: The present invention discloses a system (100) and method (200) for assessing student Al learning integration competency and generating personalised adaptive learning pathways: the Student TPACK-AI Competency Assessment System (S-TPACK-AI). The system collects participant data (101) and administers a 32-item psychometric instrument across four dimensions (102-105): Technology Knowledge (20%), Learning Strategy Knowledge (25%), Content Knowledge (20%), and Al Learning Integration Ability (3 5%), of which 9 items are reverse-scored. A weighted composite scoring algorithm (106) converts the dimension scores to a 0—100 percent competency score, and a five-tier readiness classification engine (107) assigns students to one of five tiers from AI-Novice through Al-Advanced. A recommendation engine (108) generates personalised tier-level and dimension-level guidance, and based on the assessed tier, an adaptive Al learning pathway engine (109) generates a personalised four-week plan comprising Al tool prompt templates, a practice challenge, and an interactive skill-development checklist. A certificate subsystem (110) issues a unique reference-coded verifiable completion certificate with dual institutional signatures.
