Abstract: ABSTRACT “SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR TELEMETRY-VERIFIED SERVICE DISPENSATION BY MACHINE-READABLE-CODE-IDENTIFIED IoT DEVICES” A system (100) and method dispense a physical service through an Internet of Things device endpoint (120) identified by a machine-readable code (110) encoding a payment protocol string (112) and a device-context identifier (114). A device-context resolver (144) identifies the device endpoint (120), a service authorization engine (146) converts a paid amount into a bounded quantity of authorized service units at a device-specific rate, and a command dispatcher (148) sends an authenticated actuation command (156) carrying a cryptographic signature. A controller (122) verifies the signature by a secure element (132) and, only upon verification, drives a power switching element (124) and an actuator (126) to dispense the service up to the authorized quantity. A telemetry sensor (128) measures the quantity dispensed, and a reconciliation engine (150) compares authorized against measured units and, upon a deficit beyond a tolerance, automatically refunds the corresponding portion to the payer account of record.
