The application for the patent was published on August 14, 2026, under issue no. 33/2026.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a system (100) and a method (600) for managing data accessibility in a storage device (200). The system (100) integrates a biometric authentication module (104), a flash memory module (106), and an encryption engine (116) to ensure authenticated and encrypted data access. A wireless communication transceiver (108) and a calendar synchronization interface (118) facilitate retrieval of context-relevant files from remote sources, while a local cache memory unit (114) stores such data for offline availability. Environmental awareness is achieved using a GNSS module (110) and a proximity sensing module (120), enabling adaptive security decisions. The system (100) determines geographic or network location using location data and network identifiers, and dynamically modifies file attributes based on trust conditions. Upon detecting operation outside a predefined trusted zone, the system restricts access by converting read-write permissions to read-only or hiding sensitive directories, thereby enhancing data protection.
