Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEM AND METHOD TO SAFELY RECEIVE AND DEPOSIT FRAGILE OBJECTS USING DUAL-SHAFT CLOTH/BELT SUSPENSION MECHANISM The present invention relates to an adaptive soft-landing mechanism and technique for the controlled placement of delicate objects into automated collection mechanisms. The system includes a two-shaft suspension system that holds a flexible landing platform adapted to cushion the impact of delicate objects such as glass bottles and other breakable packaging. Sensing devices detect fill levels, clearance levels, and object transfer status within the collecting area. A processor dynamically controls the vertical position of the flexible landing platform through the use of a motor-driven landing platform. The system also includes a contoured landing platform designed to collect delicate objects into the collecting area while preventing bouncing, vibrations, noises, and accumulation. Active jam removal capabilities detect and correct any obstruction within the process of object transfer by the use of oscillation movement, jerking movement, or accelerations/decelerations. Fig. 1
