Abstract: ABSTRACT: Title: System and method with AI-driven continuous behavioural risk scoring adaptive-access enforcement for zero trust environments A system and method for continuous behavioural risk detection in Zero Trust environments is disclosed. Telemetry events from identity, endpoint, network, cloud and application sources are converted into normalised feature vectors over a leakage-free rolling window. A hybrid inference engine computes a deviation score against an identity baseline, a supervised attack probability, a sequential deviation score and a contextual risk value. These are fused with a trusted-baseline term, using calibrated weights and a sigmoid function, into a bounded risk score. A policy decision point maps the score to graded actions, namely allow, step-up authentication, restrict, isolate or deny, which a policy enforcement point enforces while an explanation of contributing factors is recorded. The baseline is updated only when the risk score is low and drift is benign, preventing contamination by malicious activity. The invention reduces false positives, detects slow-moving compromise and preserves auditable policy control. Main Illustrative:
