Abstract: The present invention discloses computer-implemented systems and methods for generating secondary multiomic profiles from primary biological, clinical, laboratory, assay-derived, or molecular profiles. A limited, targeted, partial, or otherwise non-exhaustive primary profile is received and represented as an observed portion of a target-complete biological representation. In certain embodiments, the representation comprises a biological hypergraph having nodes corresponding to biological entities, molecular features, clinical variables, samples, or assay measurements, and hyperedges corresponding to higher-order relationships among more than two nodes. Observed sub-hypergraphs are encoded into local latent density representations and a global latent state. A generative completion model, optionally comprising an autoregressive branch, a diffusion-based denoising branch, and a consensus module, synthesizes unmeasured nodes, attributes, hyperedges, modality-specific values, or feature regions. The synthesized portions are combined with measured primary values to produce a secondary multiomic profile with confidence scores, uncertainty indicators, and metadata for downstream biomedical analysis.
