Abstract: The present invention relates to an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based system and method for sustainable predictive maintenance in cement manufacturing environments. The invention integrates Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) sensors, real-time data acquisition, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics to continuously monitor critical equipment, detect anomalies, predict potential failures, and estimate remaining useful life. The system optimizes maintenance scheduling, minimizes unplanned downtime, reduces maintenance costs, improves equipment reliability, enhances energy efficiency, and supports environmentally sustainable cement manufacturing through intelligent, data-driven maintenance decision-making and operational optimization.
