MUMBAI, India, Aug. 17 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641095158 A) filed by Vellore Institute Of Technology on August 06, 2026, for System Computer-Implemented Transaction Monitoring And Method.
Inventors include Varalakshmi M; and Ankit Subedi.
The application for the patent was published on August 14, 2026, under issue no. 33/2026.
Abstract: A computer-implemented transaction monitoring system (102) is provided. The transaction monitoring system (102) includes a memory (106) and a processor (104) operatively coupled to the memory (106). The memory (106) is configured to store executable instructions, transaction data, and one or more trained transaction monitoring models (108). The processor (104) is configured to receive transaction data, construct a transaction graph, generate a line graph and a fused graph representation, and generate spectral-temporal feature representations indicative of structural and temporal characteristics of corresponding transactions. The processor (104) is further configured to determine transaction risk scores, determine whether a predetermined forgetting criterion is satisfied for updating the one or more trained transaction monitoring models (108), selectively update or expand the one or more trained transaction monitoring models (108), and generate transaction monitoring results including transaction risk scores and explanation information corresponding to identified suspicious transaction patterns.
