Abstract: A system for autonomous land verification and property evaluation, comprising a housing 101 equipped with multiple of omnidirectional wheels 102 for navigation across a terrain, a user interaction module receives land details including survey number, tenant ledger number, and geographic coordinates, a physical inspection module analyzes terrain condition, a digital verification module evaluates environmental conditions, ownership history, and pricing benchmarks using stored topographic and registry databases, a shallow plate 107 receives physical documents, and a mechanical page-turning assembly 109 for sequential flipping of document pages, to align pages for scanning, an imaging module 110 integrated with optical character recognition to extract textual data, enabling the microcontroller detects potential tampering or forgery and generating a legal authenticity score, and a blockchain-based ledger storage unit 111 maintains tamper-resistant records and generate explainable artificial intelligence reports regarding risk levels associated with property.
