Abstract: A system (100) and method (200) for crop disease prediction using multispectral image analysis and deep learning algorithms are disclosed. The system (100) includes a multispectral image acquisition unit (110) configured to capture multispectral images of crop fields across a plurality of spectral bands. A preprocessing module (120) processes the multispectral images to perform radiometric correction, geometric correction, and normalization. A feature extraction module (130) extracts spectral, spatial, and vegetation index features from the preprocessed images. A deep learning model (140) analyzes the extracted features to predict crop disease type and disease severity. A disease prediction module (150) generates crop disease prediction results based on the outputs of the deep learning model (140), and an output interface (160) presents the prediction results to a user. The disclosed invention enables early, accurate, and scalable crop disease detection, supporting precision agriculture and improved crop management.
