The application for the patent was published on July 03, 2026, under issue no. 27/2026.

Abstract: The present disclosure proposes a system (100) configured for dynamic coal dust retention and internal re-integration in railway wagons during transit, thereby reducing particulate emissions, minimizing material loss, and improving environmental compliance during coal transportation operations. The system (100) comprises a wagon housing (102), a thermal imaging sensor (104), an electrostatic sensing module (106), a control unit (114), a pair of mitigation electrodes (116), a dust collection assembly (118), a drive assembly (124), a collecting chamber (128), and a distance sensor (130). The system (100) enables predictive identification of pre-lift dust conditions through coordinated thermal and electrostatic analysis before visible dust emission occurs. The system (100) electrostatically captures detached coal particles, transfers the captured coal particles into an internal collection arrangement, and facilitates re-integration of recovered coal particles into coal payload during unloading operations.
