Abstract: The present invention relates to a device-integrated digital health system for early detection and predictive monitoring of depression. The system is configured to acquire multi-modal data including behavioral, interactional, mobility-associated, acoustic, and physiological signal streams from a user through a mobile device and an associated sensing apparatus. A data acquisition engine constructs a unified composite data stream by temporally aligning heterogeneous inputs using a reference temporal lattice and interpolation mechanisms. A feature construction module transforms the composite data into structured multi-dimensional feature sequences comprising mobility dispersion metrics, interaction density parameters, speech variability characteristics, and synchronized physiological indicators. A temporal modeling unit organizes the feature sequences into longitudinal time-series representations capturing temporal evolution of user states.
