The system involves (i) collectmultimodal data from a first group of users, a second group of users, and a personalized data repository, (ii) generate resources including UI themes, components, 2D/3D video lessons, and visualization resources, (iii) preprocess quantitative data of the second group of users using statistical techniques, and (iv) preprocessing qualitative data ofsecond group of users using sentiment analysis and exploratory data analysis, (v) integratespre-processed data using proprietary scoring methods to generate aggregated data with confidence metrics, (vi) generatefirst context-aware multimodal response using foundational LLM, (vii) stores aggregated data and the first context-aware multimodal responsein LLM context builder, (viii) train the LLM using aggregated data and student analytics, (ix) produces personalized multimodal response, and (x) displays personalized response while updating key metrics through feedback loop.
