Abstract: A system for health and lifestyle risk assessment for insurance underwriting, comprising a body 101, an imaging unit 104 authenticates user to retrieve a preliminary insurance profile, a Questioner module generates user questions answered, securely recording for evaluation, a microphone 107 captures vocal characteristics during answering of questions, and the imaging unit 104 captures facial micro-expressions generates a behavioral confidence score, a sensing unit 109 measures real-time cardiovascular and physiological parameters, an articulated gripper 110 having a cotton swab 111 collects a saliva sample from user’s oral cavity for biochemical analysis, an inspection unit 114 analyzes collected saliva sample, a projection unit 115 projects visual instructional content for user and a machine learning and deep learning module generates an integrated health and lifestyle risk score and accordingly display a customized insurance premium.
