Abstract: A system for optimized passenger boarding and crowd management, comprising a plurality of mobile platforms 101, a user interface to facilitate the passenger to create and manage a data profile, an imaging unit 102 to monitor crowd density and public transport vehicle positioning, an articulated arm 103 to securely grasp luggage items or assistive items, a projection unit 104 to generate floating arrows and pathways on the ground, indicating the shortest or safest route to the correct public transport vehicle entry door, a AR ticket scanner unit 105 to detect, validate, and authorize digital tickets for boarding, thereby synchronizing passenger entry with vehicle seat allocation, and a winch unit 107 at the end of an L shaped bar 108 having a hydraulic gripper 110 via a wire 111 that uncoils and positions in proximity to the passenger luggage to facilitate placement of the luggage into the designated vehicle storage section.
