Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a system (102) and a method (300) for maintaining personalized thermal comfort within a cabin of a vehicle. The system (102) includes a controller (108) that evaluates a Comfort Sensation Index (CSI) for each occupant based on occupant-specific parameters, environmental parameters, and cabin- specific parameters acquired by sensors (106). Based on the CSI, the controller (108) determines and executes control actions to adjust settings of a Heating, Ventilation, and Air conditioning (HVAC) system (104) and dynamically control window tint levels of the vehicle, ensuring occupant well-being. The system (102) utilizes user-specific data, intelligent modeling and automated controls to enhance thermal comfort, reduce manual intervention, and promotes sustainability through reduced energy consumption. In addition, the system (102) predicts cool-down time and thermal state of the occupant using historical data before entering the vehicle, and pre-conditioning cabin with optimized HVAC and window tint settings for immediate comfort.
