Abstract: The invention relates to digital healthcare coordination and emergency response management, and discloses a system and method for aggregating real-time hospital resource data and converting such data into emergency-care recommendations and coordinated admissions. A hospital-side update interface receives timestamped updates, which are authenticated and processed by a data ingestion and validation layer into a centralized data management layer. A patient-facing interaction interface including a user flow captures emergency input. A search and filtering module and a recommendation engine identify and rank candidate hospitals based on bed type, urgency, patient condition, doctor availability, specialization, emergency intake status, and route-aware accessibility determined by a geolocation module. A bed tracking module and a booking module manage reservation of resources, while an ambulance coordination module and a notification module transmit transport-related data and pre-arrival alerts to receiving healthcare facilities.
