Abstract: A system for powder coating is provided. The system includes a containment enclosure defining a proximal end and a distal end. The system includes a substrate including a surface to be coated with a powder coating. The substrate moves in a direction from the proximal end to the distal end of the containment enclosure. The system includes a first deposition unit disposed over the surface of the substrate. The first deposition unit is configured to deposit a first layer of the powder coating onto the substrate. The system includes a uniformity correction unit disposed over the surface of the substrate and disposed distally relative to the first deposition unit. The uniformity correction unit is configured to ensure uniformity in thickness and/or area mass loading of the powder coating on the substrate.
