MUMBAI, India, Aug. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641093238 A) filed by Vellore Institute Of Technology, Chennai on July 31, 2026, for System For Wireless Mesh Communication And Method Thereof.
Inventors include Ravi Prakash Dwivedi; Ritam Pandey; and Sai Mithil K.
The application for the patent was published on August 07, 2026, under issue no. 32/2026.
Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a system (100) and a method (200) for wireless mesh communication. The system (100) includes a plurality of wireless nodes (102) forming a mesh network. Each wireless node (102) includes a radio transceiver (102-1), a processor (102-2), and a memory (102-3) storing communication data. The processor (102-2) stores communication paths, receives network condition information via the radio transceiver (102-1), and generates reliability estimates. The processor (102-2) generates and evaluates a transmission plan, inserts a semantic control code into data packets, assigns trust scores, and establishes a session key. The processor (102-2) encrypts payload data, transmits and receives data packets and acknowledgment signals via the radio transceiver (102-1), updates communication data, and forwards data packets based onj selected paths and relay nodes.
