Abstract: A system and method are disclosed for an integrated educational management platform. The system comprises a centralized server, a database, and a web-based client application accessible to users in different roles: students, teachers, and administrators. The system provides a task management module enabling teachers to digitally create, assign, and grade academic tasks with deadlines and attachments. It further provides a student interface for viewing tasks and submitting work. A key component is a secure attendance management module, which allows tor daily student attendance marking and features a novel method for verifying teacher attendance using a combination of WebAuthn for cryptographic authentication and device geolocation for location validation. The system includes an automated notification engine for sending alerts regarding tasks and absences via in-app and email channels. Administrator-level dashboards provide analytics on student engagement and attendance patterns, thereby improving operational efficiency, communication, and accountability within an educational institution.
