An example method for wireless communications includes obtaining an indication of whether there is spatial transmitter consistency between a first measurement occasion and a second measurement occasion of a first measurement resource; obtaining one or more instances of a first reference signal via the first measurement resource in one or more of the first measurement occasion or the second measurement occasion; and sending a report comprising channel state information (CSI) based at least in part on one or more measurements of the one or more instances of the first reference signal.
