Abstract: ABSTRACT TESTING FRAMEWORK FOR INTER CELL MOBILITY Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a solution for configuring measurements and predictions for artificial intelligence or machine learning mobility use case. In an aspect, a first device receives, from a second device, configuration information related to a first cell, a second cell, and a predetermined time period, and performs, based on the received configuration information, at least one first layer 1 (L1) measurement associated with the first cell. The first device further determines, based on the at least one first L1 measurement, at least one prediction result of at least one predicted first layer 3 (L3) measurement associated with at least one of the first cell or the second cell and the predetermined time period.
