Abstract: The invention comprising a three-section pipe with a hollow interior and open ends on both sides, welded together into a single piece. The head-section pipe can be elongated or contracted along its axis out into the area of the head-section stack pipe. The head of the head-section pipe is provided with a water diffusion nozzle alongside the wall, which has been drilled with holes all around it in order to drain the water out and to serve as a support for the head-section pipe so it may float over the water. The central pipe is provided with the instalment of an aeration nozzle. The very end of the central pipe is hollow with an open end that can be elongated or contracted along its axis out into the area of the stack-pipe end, which is capable of drawing up wastewater. Its purpose is to provide aeration with an increase in the amount of oxygen that can be dissolved into the wastewater. It serves to conserve energy with an equivalent need for air by aerating in the range of 1.5 to 50 cubic meters of air per hour.
