Abstract: THE IMPACT OF AI-PERSONALIZED MARKETING ON CONSUMER ATTENTION ABSTRACT The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence-based system for analyzing the impact of personalized marketing on consumer attention. The system acquires permitted consumer interaction records, processes behavioral and contextual information, and generates consumer-context representations for personalized promotional content selection. An AI engine ranks marketing messages according to predicted relevance and campaign constraints. An attention estimation module evaluates multiple observable indicators, including viewable exposure, interaction duration, scrolling activity, and voluntary engagement, to generate attention-related measures. A feedback optimization module evaluates campaign outcomes and adjusts content selection, delivery timing, or exposure frequency. The framework incorporates data minimization, access controls, and configurable retention policies. The system supports privacy-aware marketing analytics across websites, mobile applications, advertising platforms, and enterprise marketing environments.
