Abstract: The present invention relates to an intelligent educational system for improving the performance of English Language Learners (ELL) in Integrated Science through sheltered instruction. The system comprises a learner registration module, a language proficiency assessment engine, an Integrated Science curriculum management module, a sheltered instruction delivery engine, a classroom interaction monitoring subsystem, a learning analytics framework, a recommendation engine, a secure database, and a teacher decision-support interface. The system continuously evaluates English language proficiency, classroom participation, laboratory activities, assessment outcomes, attendance records, and academic performance to generate comprehensive learner profiles. Artificial intelligence and learning analytics are employed to provide adaptive instructional strategies, personalized learning recommendations, vocabulary support, and timely intervention for students requiring additional assistance. The invention further enables secure cloud-based data management, real-time educational reporting, and integration with institutional learning management systems.
