Abstract: Agriculture is still the primary means of support in the less developed nations, but the farmers are still experiencing hardships like unpredictable weather conditions, fluctuating market prices, and crop diseases as they lack timely decision support. The paper introduces an Agentic Al-based smart agriculture system called Virtual Farm Manager that provides real- time advisory without the need for expensive hardware, sensors, and IoT infrastructure. The proposed system consists of four intelligent agents that collaborate with each other: a Field Monitoring Agent that performs field image analysis, a Crop Health Agent that identifies plant diseases along with their intensity levels, a Market Price Agent that predicts mandi price movements, and a Recommendation Agent that plays a pivotal role in bringing together the inputs from all agents along with the weather data and offering the recommendation. The system lean on image datasets, machine learning models, public market information, and weather services to provide clear and actionable recommendations through a userfriendly dashboard designed for the farmer. The experiment results show that the proposed solution has been very successful in promoting informed decision-making, lessening agricultural risks, and raising productivity. The software- only design makes the system affordable, scalable, and suitable for small farmers.
