Abstract: The present invention relates to a therapeutically fortified yogurt-based composition designed for simultaneous delivery of micronutrients and mild therapeutic agents. The composition comprises a yogurt or yogurt-derived base incorporating microencapsulated iron, a calcium compound, and a controlled dose of at least one mild antipyretic and analgesic agent such as paracetamol or ibuprofen. Optional components include probiotics, flavoring agents, antioxidants, and emulsifiers to enhance stability, palatability, and functional benefits. The formulation utilizes microencapsulation technology to prevent interactions between active ingredients and the dairy matrix, ensuring stability and controlled release. The composition is provided in a single-serve, ready-to-eat sachet format enabling convenient, spoon-free consumption. The invention improves compliance by integrating nutritional supplementation and symptomatic relief into a single palatable product, making it suitable for pediatric, geriatric, and nutritionally vulnerable populations, and applicable in public health and emergency settings.
