The application for the patent was published on July 24, 2026, under issue no. 30/2026.

Abstract: A thermal detection and visual indication device using reverse-biased semiconductor behavior in series configuration is disclosed. The system receives and validates operating data, derives feature values from the operating data, determines an operating condition, and selects a technical response subject to one or more operating constraints. An output subsystem implements the selected response and generates feedback for subsequent operation. Configurable processing, validation, audit, and fallback functions permit the system to operate reliably across different deployment environments. Corresponding methods and non-transitory computer-readable media are also disclosed.
